Welcome to REVSER.ONLINE (the “Site”). We understand that online privacy is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business. This statement governs our privacy policies regarding users of the Site (“Visitors”) who visit without conducting business transactions and Visitors who register to conduct business transactions on the Site and use the various services offered by REVSER (collectively, “Services”) (“Authorized Clients”).

We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Clients: names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses of Authorized Clients, the nature and size of the business, and the nature and size of the advertising inventory the Authorized Client intends to buy or sell.

In addition to our direct collection of information, our third-party service providers (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses, and banks) who provide services such as credit, insurance, and escrow services may collect this information from our Visitors and Authorized Clients. We do not control how these third parties use this information, but we request that they disclose how they use personal information provided by Visitors and Authorized Clients. Some of these third parties may be intermediaries who act solely as links in the distribution chain and do not store, retain, or use the information provided to them.
How Does the Site Use Personally Identifiable Information?
We use personally identifiable information to personalize the Site, offer appropriate service offerings, and respond to purchase and sale inquiries on the Site. We may send emails to Visitors and Authorized Clients regarding search or purchase and sale opportunities on the Site or information related to the purpose of the Site. We may also use personally identifiable information to contact Visitors and Authorized Clients in response to specific inquiries or to provide the requested information.

Personally identifiable information about Authorized Clients may be shared with other Authorized Clients who wish to evaluate potential transactions with other Authorized Clients. We may share aggregated information about our Visitors, including demographic data of our Visitors and Authorized Clients, with our affiliated agencies and third-party vendors. We also offer the option to “opt out” of receiving information or being contacted by us or any agency acting on our behalf.
How Is Personally Identifiable Information Stored?
Personally identifiable information collected by REVSER is securely stored and is not accessible to third parties or employees of REVSER except for the uses indicated above.
What Choices Do Visitors Have Regarding the Collection, Use, and Distribution of Information?
Visitors and Authorized Clients may opt out of receiving unsolicited information or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed or by contacting us at contact-us@revser.online.
Are Cookies Used on the Site?
Cookies are used for various reasons. We use cookies to obtain information about the preferences of our Visitors and the services they select. We also use cookies for security purposes to protect our Authorized Clients. For example, if an Authorized Client is logged in and the site is unused for more than 10 minutes, we will automatically log out the Authorized Client.
How Does REVSER Use Log Information?
REVSER uses log information, including but not limited to IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements, and gather broad demographic information.
What Partners or Service Providers Have Access to Personally Identifiable Information of Visitors and/or Authorized Clients on the Site?
REVSER has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors. These vendors may have access to certain personally identifiable information on a need-to-know basis to evaluate Authorized Clients’ eligibility for service. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information. Disclosure of personally identifiable information to comply with the law. We will disclose personally identifiable information to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request by law enforcement authorities to disclose information. We will also disclose personally identifiable information when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our Visitors and Authorized Clients.
How Does the Site Protect Personally Identifiable Information?
All our employees are familiar with our security policy and practices. Personally identifiable information of our Visitors and Authorized Clients is only accessible to a limited number of qualified employees who have been given a password to access the information. We audit our systems and processes regularly. How Can Visitors Correct Inaccuracies in Personally Identifiable Information?
Visitors and Authorized Clients may contact us to update personally identifiable information about them or to correct any inaccuracies by emailing contact-us@revser.online.
Can a Visitor Delete or Deactivate Personally Identifiable Information Collected by the Site?
We provide Visitors and Authorized Clients with a mechanism to delete/deactivate personally identifiable information from the Site’s database by contacting us. However, due to backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. A person who requests the deactivation of personally identifiable information will have that information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use personally identifiable information related to that person in any way in the future.
What Happens If the Privacy Policy Changes?
We will inform our Visitors and Authorized Clients of any changes to our privacy policy by posting these changes on the Site. However, if we modify our privacy policy in a manner that would allow the disclosure of personally identifiable information that a Visitor or Authorized Client has previously requested not to be disclosed, we will contact that Visitor or Authorized Client to allow them to prevent such disclosure.
